ISS Expedition 52 Launch


A crew of 3 space explorers from Russia, Italy and the US flew to the International Space Station (ISS) on Friday, July 28. The crew is expected to stay onboard the ISS for more than 4 months. Their research will include experiments in biology, biotech, earth science and physical science.

The crew includes Randy Bresnik (NASA), Sergey Ryazanskiy (Roscosmos), and Paolo Nespoli (European Space Agency). They have joined the current crew on the ISS: Fyodor Yurchikhin of Roscosmos and Peggy Whitson and Jack Fischer of NASA.
